There is nothing more exhilarating than seeing the expressions of joy and happiness as that first time homebuyer receives the keys to that first home; the largest purchase most will ever make in a lifetime. The sense of satisfaction knowing that a team of business partners: the realtor, processor, underwriter, the title company and of course the loan officer made this happen.
Mavis enjoys being a mortgage coach to ensure that the homebuyer, investor and refinance client makes an educated decision. Of course, none of this can be achieved without first establishing and building a solid relationship. She provides constant communication during the process to ensure all parties are on the same page. Showing your borrowers that you care by words, supported by solid actions and excellent service creates the ultimate successful client experience. This is her formula to improve the lives of the people she touches.
Mavis relocated to GA three years ago from Connecticut and formalized her interest in real estate by acquiring a GA license and other real estate certifications. Her passion for real estate led to investments in the family real estate ventures. Later, she transitioned to the mortgage lending side of the equation. She has over 20 years of human resources consulting experience spanning several industries, while also managing corporate relocation services. Mavis holds an MBA and BS in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut. She enjoys bowling, ballroom dancing and traveling.
