I then narrow down the mortgage options to those which best match their needs. Next I review the differences so they can make the best decision for them & their family to purchase their new home. I genuinely love the sense of accomplishment when I can help a person acquire a new home, investment property, or improve their financial situation through a mortgage refinance.
