We are a tight-knit group of lending professionals seeking a motivated mortgage loan officer. Ability to build a team and receive long-term residual income.
Responsibilities
Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs.
Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals.
Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters.
Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large.
Qualifications
Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
Current Active State Licensing in the states of Georgia, Florida, Texas or Virginia.
Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability.
Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.
At least one year of mortgage loan originating is required.
Previous experience with a loan originating system LOS.
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan earnings
